What this site provides

• Every day we read the watches listed on the websites of the shops we include, put reference, price, condition and papers year in one format, and link every watch back to the shop's product page.
• wwwatch does not sell watches, handle transactions or authenticate watches. Enquiries, purchases, warranty and returns are between you and the shop and follow the shop's rules.
• Browsing needs no registration and is free.

For reference only

• The data is compiled by a program that reads shop websites each day, so it may be out of date (a watch already sold, a price already changed) or misread. The shop's own information prevails for price, availability and the condition of a watch.
• Labels such as the unified condition grade, dial, bracelet and "Aftermarket (non-original)" are our own compilation and judgment from the shop's text and photos, and may be wrong.
• Prices in other currencies are converted at that day's exchange rate. They are estimates and do not include taxes or shipping.
• Market data is a statistic of asking prices. It is not sale prices, and it is not advice to buy or invest.
• This site is provided as is. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we do not guarantee that the data is correct or complete or that the site will not be interrupted, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of this site's information.

Shops' content and trademarks

• The rights in product photos and shop web pages belong to each shop or the original rights holder. wwwatch claims no rights in them and has no power to license them to others; to use these photos, please get the rights holder's consent.
• This site shows product photos only as small thumbnails, to point out which watch is meant and to link back to the shop's product page. Larger photos are shown only with the shop's consent, and no photos are shown for shops whose terms expressly do not allow outside use.
• Brand names, references and trademarks belong to their brands. Unless stated otherwise, wwwatch has no affiliation, agency or license relationship with any watchmaker or shop; the names are mentioned only to identify products.
• Once you go to a shop or another site, the content and any transaction are the responsibility of that site.

Using this site's data

• You are welcome to cite the data, statistics and charts that wwwatch compiles in news, research and articles: please credit "wwwatch" and include the page URL; there is no need to ask first. Every chart on the market data page comes with a citation.
• To copy data in bulk, resell it, or use it to build a similar service, please email us for consent first.
• If you read this site with a program, please follow robots.txt and keep a reasonable rate.
• Do not interfere with how the site runs or attempt unauthorized access.

Copyright and other rights complaints

If you are the rights holder (or their agent) of a photo or other content and believe content on this site infringes your rights, please email contact@wwwatch.app and include:

• Your name or company name and contact details; if you are an agent, how you represent the rights holder.
• What you claim rights in (for example, which photo) and a statement of why you hold the rights.
• The URL of that content on wwwatch.
• What you would like done: remove the photo, remove the data, or correct it.

If the content is a photo, we take it down within 36 hours of receiving your email; for other content we look into it within 7 days and reply with the outcome. Listed shops that want data corrected, all photos removed or to opt out of listing do not need to provide the details above.

Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Mandatory consumer protections under the law of the place where you live are not affected by these terms.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update this page and write the date of the change. If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the changed terms.
